Tip Program: STAR

The Research, Development and Innovation Program for Space Technologies and Advanced Research – STAR for the 2012-2019 period, sanctioned by National Law 262/2011, is the instrument by which the National Authority for Scientific Research and Innovation (ANCSI) ensures, together with the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), national support for the implementation of the Agreement between Romania and the European Space Agency (ESA), regarding Romania’s accession to the ESA Convention.
